Long Time

As you can see, it has been a few days since my last post. With 5 people and 1 computer, things can get hectic sometimes. I haven't been doing GREAT, but I haven't been doing bad either. made some good choices and some bad choices. At least I know the difference right?
I did realize 2 things this week.
1. Cook all meats, soups, and vegetables on the weekend and bag up for the week.
2. Choose one eat out night.
I know that I need to keep all sweets out of the house. Its bad when my 13 year old has to hide his "chocolate snacks" that he takes in his lunch. He is so funny. :) He is not upset when the brownie or nutter butter gets eaten, he hides them to help me out.
I go weigh in on Saturday morning. I hope I have lost.
I went to the doctor today - the last time I went was at the beginning of September. I weighed 252 lbs. then. I weigherd 138 today, so I was excited about that.
A friend of mine "H" has been doing a wonderful job the last 2 weeks. She has lost over 5 lbs. and is very excited and energetic. She attends any meeting she can within a 20 minute drive from her house. I admire her for that. Some people would look at that as a "poor girl." I look at it, as she is FIRED up and ready to go. I get so much energy and spunk from her so that keeps me going.
Well, I need to go find me something to eat. I have done well today. I did not do so good last night.
